Cake Instructions
Cake best kept in freezer. Allow 20 mins to thaw in room temperature before consumption. If you like it frozen-ish, like ice cream, eat it soon. If you like it creamier, thaw it longer. Holds up well in the freezer for 2 weeks. It is recommended to use a steel knife to cut the frozen cheesecake!
